Design
We start by meeting with you to determine the goals and objectives of your building, remodeling or restoration project. We then assemble a team that best fits your needs. Our goal is to make this process easy and enjoyable for you. A detailed plan is formulated to set budget parameters, location considerations and project timelines.
Build
We source and manage the design and engineering of your building while providing our insight for building efficiencies and innovations. We also manage the necessary paperwork and subcontractors for the construction phase of the project. Working with you every step of the way and staying on schedule to meet the time lines established, is a priority. We are always available to answer questions or to have on-site meetings throughout the entire project. Upon completion of your job, our Project Manager will meet with you for a detailed walk- through. We want to be sure we meet your expectations.
